In the first-stage processing, point of connection between agriculture and the industrial market, we guaranty the conformity of all the procedures according to the most strict quality parameters, on a partnership basis with our suppliers.
The high safety level of the quality products is confirmed by the Food Safety System certification (HACCP) enabling to control and prevent potential risks to food safety. By this way, we guaranty the absence of any biological, chemical or physical contamination risk (we are committed to pesticide disintegration, and to deep control of foreign bodies). Frulact also ensures a full traceability of its products, enabling to easily identify the corresponding origin and characteristics.
Frulact is also committed to continuous improvement of the efficiency of the Quality Management System certified according to the international standard NP EN ISO 9001:2000.
In the second-stage processing, the preservation of the integrity and identity of the natural products is guarantied by innovative technological processes. The continuous aseptic line production makes it possible for us to keep high food quality and safety. At the same time, our staff specialized in Chemistry and Microbiology operates continuously in order to guaranty the preservation of these values.
